    Posted a complaint haven't heard anything its still under warranty. who should I conact to take care of this? Help support.

    Having a sd card in the slot will make tool act strange I found out after mine was
    having screen issues also try to remove any or all apps not loaded with tool and see if
    it changes, good luck.
